ABOUT
Our goal at Mindful Actions is to serve our patients with the best possible service and care that we can offer. We strive to help clients facing challenges in their life. Individuals, married couples, and families can make positive changes, by compassionately confronting limiting beliefs, self-doubts, and fears. If you are experiencing symptoms, or have a vision for change and want help attaining it in a non-judgmental and supportive atmosphere, we can help you achieve your goals.
We offer psychotherapy, coaching, and mindfulness-based stress reduction.
Clinical research over 30 years regarding mindfulness-based programs is impressive. People completing these programs consistently report long-lasting benefits such as sustained decreases in physical and psychological symptoms, reduced anxiety, substance abuse, and depression, improved sleep quality, reduced stress, tension, anger, and fatigue, and increased energy and enthusiasm for life.
